৫৪। ফেরত প্রদত্ত অর্থের প্রয়োগ।- ধারা ৭০ এর উপ-ধারা (৩) এর উদ্দেশ্য পূরণকল্পে, উক্ত উপ-ধারায় বর্ণিত অর্থ ধারা ৬৮ এর উপ-ধারা (৪) ও (৫) এর বিধান মতে হ্রাসকারী সমন্বয় করিবেন।
